AIRE Flamenco Technical Requirements
If any required items cannot be provided by presenter, then artists will provide necessary items.Artists require the following equipment to perform:
• Professional sound system to balance and adequately amplify sounds of music, singing and dancing
• 1 vocal microphone
• 1 microphone for guitarist
• 2 microphones for dance floor (to amplify dancers’ footwork)
• 2 stage monitors, minimum
• Sprung dance floor, 16’ x 16’ minimum size
• Wooden dance floor surface
• 3 chairs, minimum
Load-in, sound-check and load-out
• Artists will load-in one hour prior to event start time or at another time agreed upon between presenter and artists.• Artists will load-out immediately following performance or at another time agreed upon between presenter and artists.
• Artists will perform sound check 30 minutes prior to show time or at another time agreed upon between presenter and artists.
Presenter provides the following accommodations for artists:
• Dressing room with privacy for artists to prepare costumes• Clean, well-lit bathroom
• 6 bottles non-carbonated water
Equipment list will be finalized no later than 2 weeks prior to event.
